"Unalloyed Beginning"

I’m wandering lonely in a plaited labyrinth
My steps are careful, slow but apprehended.
Each morning greets me with blissful sun shines
And nights grant me with fruitful twilights.
I’m making my way and then I met you —
In a short distance, I stopped and babbled.
I know this is the start of something new,
in my journey to the ladder of real world.
You make me smile every time I face the dawn.
You’re like a guiding light — right paths are shown.
I stumble, I stand up and I see your face,
I try and I succeed, I’ve always wanted you to embrace.
How will I reach you? You’re now traveling far,
If only I could run, to get that brightest star.
I’m still in a maze; you’re now at the end,
You’ll never wait for me, that’s all I comprehend.
Your footsteps will always be my motivation,
to reach my goal and go beyond my destination.
This bewilderment I know I’ll overcome,
Whenever I’m down, I’m certain you’ll come.
I’m sure one day I’ll be crossing your way,
‘cause in your soulful, I’ve always hoped to stay.
